About to HSSE 2027
The 2027 International Conference on Hydraulic Structures and Safety Engineering (HSSE 2027) will be held in Tianjin. The conference focuses on research directions such as hydraulic structure design, safety assessment, engineering protection, and water resource management, aiming to promote exchanges and cooperation between theoretical research and engineering practice in the field of hydraulic engineering. With the continuous advancement of urban development and infrastructure construction, the safety of hydraulic structures, stability analysis of structures, and disaster risk prevention have received increasing attention. Advanced detection technologies, intelligent monitoring systems, innovations in engineering materials, and digital management methods have provided new technical means for improving the operational safety of hydraulic facilities. Tianjin, as an important port city in northern China, has a good foundation for water resource management, urban infrastructure construction, and engineering research. Relying on regional engineering demands and research resources, Tianjin provides rich application scenarios for exchanges in the field of hydraulic structures and safety engineering. This conference will focus on topics such as hydraulic structure design, water engineering safety assessment, intelligent monitoring technology, flood control and disaster prevention, and comprehensive utilization of water resources. Experts and engineering technicians will exchange the latest research results and jointly explore innovative methods for the development of water engineering safety at the conference.

All full paper submissions to the HSSE 2027 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of HSSE 2027 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to hsse@metting-cloud.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
