About to NRMP 2027

Radiation physics and nuclear materials science constitute an important part of nuclear science and technology, advanced energy, radiation applications, and research on materials in extreme environments. The International Conference on Radiation Physics and Nuclear Materials Science (NRMP 2027) will be held in Hefei, China, in 2027. The conference will focus on academic exchanges in areas such as radiation physics, nuclear materials, radiation-material interaction, and advanced material technologies. Hefei is an important comprehensive research and advanced manufacturing city in China, with a relatively complete research foundation and technological innovation environment, providing favorable conditions for academic exchanges and scientific research cooperation in related fields. The conference will mainly focus on research directions such as radiation transport, radiation detection, radiation effects, nuclear reactions, radiation protection, nuclear fuel materials, nuclear structural materials, irradiation-resistant materials, and material performance characterization. It will discuss the changes in material structure and properties under radiation environments and their mechanisms, and exchange results from related experimental research, theoretical analysis, and numerical simulation. At the same time, the conference will pay attention to emerging research directions such as advanced nuclear materials, composite materials, functional materials, and material irradiation modification, promoting academic cooperation among physics, materials science, nuclear engineering, and related disciplines. This conference aims to provide a platform for experts, researchers, engineering technicians, and graduate students in related fields to showcase their achievements, conduct academic discussions, and engage in cooperation and communication. It aims to promote the connection between radiation physics basic research and nuclear material engineering applications, and promote the development of advanced material design, preparation, characterization, and service performance research.

SCI JOURNAL

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.

Submission Guidelines

Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to nrmp@metting-cloud.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
