About to WRUC 2027
With the continuous advancement of urbanization, the fields of civil construction, water conservancy projects and urban construction are facing various challenges such as green development, intelligent construction and infrastructure optimization. The International Conference on Civil Construction, Water Conservancy and Urban Construction (WRUC 2027) will be held in Lijiang, China in 2027. Lijiang, as a city with unique natural landscapes and cultural characteristics, has rich research value in ecological protection, urban and rural construction, infrastructure improvement and sustainable development practices, providing a favorable communication environment for the civil engineering and urban construction fields. This conference focuses on civil construction, water conservancy projects, urban construction and related interdisciplinary fields, and conducts exchanges around architectural design, structural engineering, water resource management, urban infrastructure, intelligent construction and green development technologies. The conference aims to promote the integration and innovation in engineering technology, urban planning and environmental protection, and promote the combination of scientific research results and engineering practice, providing a platform for the display of achievements and cooperation and communication for university teachers, researchers, engineering experts and young scholars, to jointly explore new concepts, technologies and methods for future urban construction and infrastructure development.

All full paper submissions to the WRUC 2027 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of WRUC 2027 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to wruc@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
