About to PASS 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Humanities, Public Administration, and Social Sciences (PASS 2026) will be grandly held in Haikou, Hainan Province. This conference aims to bring together experts, scholars, policymakers, and industry leaders from the fields of humanities, public administration, and social sciences worldwide to explore how interdisciplinary research and practice can drive social progress and development in the rapidly changing context of globalization. As the capital city of Hainan Province, Haikou is renowned not only for its beautiful natural scenery and pleasant climate but also as one of China's key windows for reform and opening-up, providing an ideal platform for participants to exchange ideas. The PASS 2026 will focus on multiple core topics for discussion, including but not limited to cultural diversity and social inclusiveness, public policy and governance innovation, social equity and justice, educational reform and talent development, mental health and social welfare, among others. The conference will also address the impact of emerging technologies on social sciences, exploring the applications of cutting-edge technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence in public administration and humanities research, as well as the challenges and opportunities they bring. Record
All full paper submissions to the PASS 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of PASS 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to iachss@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
